Super Friendly staff. The food needs a little more wow factor in the taste department though, no seasoning on the patty and no seasoning on the fries. Not sure if that’s a thing there or the cook was off his game when we went lol still a pleasant experience though.

The service is better than the food! The pandemic-mandated outdoor seating is perfect for summer dining. They are working with a skeleton staff but they don't skimp on service. The food and drinks come really quick to the table. The spinach dip is worth it! Just wish they had some hand sanitizer dispensers because we are outside. Parking is great. Large shared lot with Lowes and other businesses.

Service was awesome. Food didn't take too long to be prepared and tasted good. We would come back here again.

My name is Steve Gomez and I just went in with my fiance' for our first outdoor experience. We go to Island frequently and we love the food and service. I am a chef and understand all facets of the business. We sat at the bar and the bartender stated that our server would be over in a minute. That would of been fine if she was in the weeds etc. But she then turned around and went back to talking to a gentleman across from us and filling out labels. If the bar top was not her section she could of at least got a drink order. She is not about customer service or a team player... I will never return to this location and definitely put the word out about my experience

A delightful 🌴tropical 🌴paradise 🏝🏄themed family restaurant. Known for their delicious 🍔hamburgers. I recommend the Hulu burger, Chips and their special Islands Seasoning right next to the salt and pepper on each table. Fun 😋 for the entire family. 3 ♿ disabled equipped tables are available at this particular Islands.🍔🏝 🏄🏝🏄

Our waitress was helpful and friendly. I absolutely loved my Luau tacos. The pork was so tender it melted in your mouth. My husband had the Hawaiian burger. Fantastic. We tried this new Appetizer called Tempura Green Beans. Delicious. We dipped them in these 3 different dips/sauces: sweet 'n sour dip, ranch dressing,and teriyaki sauce. We have a new place for hamburgers, tacos and salads.

Bar service was great as well as food and drinks. Would be better if they put real beach sand at the bar.

We have always loved coming here. It is fun to watch the surfing channel and the extreme sports on the big screens. I love the atmosphere. It is a beach theme. The restaurant is large enough that there never really seems to be a wait any time you go. There is also a large bar, with all the sports you can watch in the middle for all of you that need that special beverage with your meal. Food is excellent. They will customize anything.

Delicious food, friendly staff and great ambience 💯 our server Morgan was very attentive and helpful and the manager on duty checked on us at least 3 times. Very good experience.

What is your favorite burger spot in southern California? Some will say In N Out, some will say Wendy's, some will say Farmer Boys. While those restaurants are close to my heart, they cant steal it away from Islands. From the time you go inside, relaxation and great food awaits you. With a cherry coke, I always order the Kilaeua Burger, medium with added avocado. Sometimes I'll get fries but their fries are also quite tasty. But I haven't had a more satisfying burger yet.

Food was tasty, fast service, good prices. The only thing I didn't like was the guacamole,it wasn't fresh and it's not worth it. Also salsa was not good Other than that no complaints here, I will be back
